Pickering Town Centre is happy to donate space for use by not-for-profit organizations for charitable events.  Space is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis to qualifying organizations.
If you would like to request space in the Centre for your charitable event, please send a written request as indicated below. In your letter, please provide the following:

  • Information about your organization.
  • The nature of your onsite activity including a description of booth setup, signage, etc. (Please note that Pickering Town Centre provides complimentary use of a skirted 6 or 8 ft. table).
  • Your preferred dates.
  • Your charitable number.
  • The name of your contact person and where to reach him/her.
